ZenoXCare Diaspora · USD wallet · Phase 3
Open a USD-denominated sovereign wallet, link your beneficiaries in Ghana, and pay for their consults, prescriptions, lab orders, and follow-ups — every dollar transparent, every conversion FX-stamped, every charge reproducible by replay token. Your funds remain yours— returnable on closure, transferable between beneficiaries, assignable on death per the wallet's governance.
Authentication is required to create a wallet. Your sponsor account is provisioned in the diaspora-us cell with isolated USD accounting; the wallet itself is created via the authenticated API.
How does the ZenoXCare diaspora sponsor wallet work?
You open a USD-denominated sovereign wallet, link one or more beneficiaries in Ghana (parent, sibling, child, household member, community member), and top it up by card / bank / wire. Every consult or fulfillment item your beneficiary books is paid from the wallet at the policy-declared price; the FX anchor rate at the time of settlement is stamped on the transaction so you can audit every conversion.
What does a sponsored consult cost?
Live policy is loading; pricing is computed by the Care Economics engine and is reproducible by replay token.
Are my funds safe? What happens if I close the wallet?
Yes. Every wallet has declared sovereign rights — funds are returnable on closure (the sponsor's funds remain theirs), transferable between beneficiaries within the wallet, and assignable on death per the wallet's governance. The balance is derived from an immutable, hash-chained ledger; we cannot silently move funds.
Can my beneficiary see what was charged?
Yes. Every consult issues a printable receipt at /g/care-journey/receipt/{decisionId} showing the full line-item breakdown, the policy version, and a public verifier URL. You and your beneficiary see the same numbers; no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
USD card and bank rails via Stripe. The sponsor's wallet currency is pinned at creation (USD for diaspora-US) and the platform never silently commingles currencies — cross-currency drawdowns produce explicit FX-stamped ledger entries.
How is the FX rate set?
Daily FX anchor rates are recorded bi-temporally — every conversion stamps the rate effective on the transaction date. Late corrections produce a NEW row (never overwrite). You can audit every rate at the public ledger.
Can the wallet pay for prescriptions and labs, not just consults?
Yes. When a sponsored consult is issued, the engine auto-seeds the typical care-journey items (prescription, lab, follow-up) — the partner confirms and dispatches; the wallet settles the line. Every line is shown to your beneficiary before they confirm.
